Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services offered by LGA Growth LLC. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

LGA Growth LLC operates an educational and coaching program that teaches creators how to build a user-generated content (UGC) business — including positioning, pricing, retainers, brand outreach, and related skills. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Online training curriculum, video lessons, and downloadable resources
• Group coaching calls, Q&A sessions, and (where applicable to your enrollment) one-on-one coaching
• Access to community platforms where applicable to your enrollment tier
• Templates, scripts, directories, and other supplemental resources
• Free educational content, lead magnets, webinars, and email newsletters

The Services are educational in nature. LGA Growth LLC does not sell a business, guarantee any specific financial outcome, or provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account with LGA Growth LLC. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. By completing a purchase, you authorize LGA Growth LLC to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of the order, including any applicable taxes, fees, and recurring charges disclosed at checkout. Charges may appear on your billing statement as "LGA Growth LLC."

Payment Plans. If you enroll under a multi-payment plan, you authorize LGA Growth LLC to charge each scheduled installment on its due date. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access and collection of the remaining balance.

Renewals. If any program or tier renews on a recurring basis, you authorize LGA Growth LLC to automatically charge your payment method on each renewal date at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase, unless you cancel before that date in accordance with these Terms.

All purchases of LGA Growth LLC programs, coaching tiers, standalone courses, add-ons, and renewals are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in your written enrollment agreement with LGA Growth LLC. You may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us at admin@ugccreatoraccelerator.com prior to the renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not generate a refund for the current paid term.

All content made available through the Services — including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, frameworks, PDFs, templates, scripts, directories, graphics, audio recordings, and community posts — is the exclusive property of LGA Growth LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "LGA Growth" name and associated marks are property of LGA Growth LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business use. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any portion of the Services
• Share your login credentials or account access with any third party
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Services
• Record, screenshot for redistribution, or transcribe coaching calls without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of any proprietary software

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Any community platforms operated by LGA Growth LLC are provided to foster learning, collaboration, and support among members. You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful to others
• Share confidential member information outside the community
• Solicit members for unrelated business opportunities, MLM schemes, or competing programs
• Post spam, promotional content, or affiliate links without permission

We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate the access of any member who violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without refund.

By creating an account, purchasing a product, registering for a webinar, booking a call, or otherwise providing your contact information to us, you consent to receive electronic communications from LGA Growth LLC, including emails, in-app notifications, and — if you have opted in — text (SMS/MMS) messages.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

All required disclosures appear at the point of phone number collection (in our website chat widget and on any form where SMS consent is offered), including program description, message frequency, "Message and data rates may apply," STOP and HELP instructions, and links to this Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Program Description. LGA Growth LLC operates a text messaging program designed to ensure optimal customer support and to respond to service-related inquiries. The program includes both transactional and promotional messages:

• Transactional messages: appointment reminders, follow-ups from our team, service updates, and appointment confirmations.
• Promotional messages: special offers, program announcements, event invitations, and marketing promotions.

All outgoing text messages identify the sender as "LGA Growth" or "LGA Growth LLC."

Opt-In / Consent. By providing your mobile phone number through our website chat widget at https://ugccreatoraccelerator.com/home, or any other form on our website where SMS consent is disclosed, and by affirmatively agreeing to the consent language presented at the point of collection, you may consent to receive:

• a transactional/customer-care message stream (appointment reminders, follow-ups, and confirmations from LGA Growth LLC); and/or
• a promotional/marketing message stream (special offers, promotions, and program announcements from LGA Growth LLC).

Where separate consent checkboxes are presented, each is independent, unchecked by default, and not required to submit the form or to use the chat. The mobile phone number field is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt in to one, both, or neither.

Age Restriction. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.

Message Frequency and Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service.

Opt-Out Instructions. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 (860) 469-0855. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, LGA Growth LLC will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Help Instructions. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance. You can also contact LGA Growth LLC directly at admin@ugccreatoraccelerator.com.

Supported Carriers. This program is supported by most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Sharing of Mobile Information. No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) collected by LGA Growth LLC will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

LGA Growth LLC features testimonials, case studies, and income examples from real members and from our own experience. These results are not typical and should not be interpreted as a guarantee, promise, or representation of any specific outcome or financial result. Each person's results depend on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, time invested, prior experience, skill, work ethic, market conditions, and platform policies.

Building a UGC business involves effort and uncertainty, and there is no assurance you will earn any particular amount of money, or any money at all. You should perform your own due diligence before making any business or financial decision. LGA Growth LLC makes no guarantees regarding earnings, deal volume, or business success.

The Services may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, platforms, and services (such as scheduling tools, payment processors, community platforms, social media platforms, and others). LGA Growth LLC does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to those parties' own terms and privacy policies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LGA GROWTH LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LGA GROWTH LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, COACHES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF LGA GROWTH LLC ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LGA Growth LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, coaches, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any content you submit or post through the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where LGA Growth LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

LGA Growth LLC may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

LGA Growth LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. Sections intended to survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
