If you opt in to our SMS program, LGA Growth LLC collects your mobile phone number and data related to your SMS interactions with us (such as opt-in timestamp, opt-out status, and message history).

LGA Growth LLC retains your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need your information, we will delete or anonymize it.
